KP4IP Amateur Radio System - IRLP Reflector 9019 is a D-Star reflector located in Mayagueez, Puerto Rico and is used to reflect the signals of the D-Star signals used by the IRLP in Puerto Rico, as part of the network of amateur emergency service scanner repeaters that provide coverage of local emergency service broadcasts.
