Radio Tele Centrale 91.7 FM founded on July 15, 2003 aims to inform, educate, train and entertain the masses of the largest Artibonite department. Louis Jean is the PDG (CEO) of the station. The channel broadcasting from Liancourt, Saint-Marc comes with different approach towards content.
